Insight Global is hiring an SAP FICO/SD Analyst

to support a large enterprise client within a complex SAP setting. This is a hands-on, technical role focused on

SAP configuration, system integrations, troubleshooting, and support across SAP FI/CO and SD .

A significant portion of this role will involve supporting integrations between SAP and external enterprise applications, including Salesforce. This individual will

own and support the SAP side of these integrations

and is

not expected to configure or develop within Salesforce .

The organization has established business and functional teams responsible for business requirements and process decisions. This position will focus primarily on the

hands-on SAP configuration and technical execution

needed to support those requirements.

Responsibilities
Perform hands-on

SAP FI/CO configuration

and technical support
Configure and support integration points across

FI, CO, and SD
Own and support the

SAP side of integrations with external applications and platforms
Troubleshoot interfaces, failed transactions, data flows, and SAP configuration issues
Partner with integration and middleware teams to support reliable communication between SAP and connected applications
Analyze integration issues and determine whether problems originate within SAP, middleware, or external applications
Support

FI/SD and Order-to-Cash

processes and related financial transactions
Translate functional requirements into appropriate SAP configuration and technical solutions
Participate in integration testing, implementation, deployment, and production support
Support an SAP landscape consisting primarily of

ECC , with additional

S/4HANA

instances
Partner closely with established business,



functional, development, and integration teams

Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with

SAP FI/CO (FICO)
Demonstrated experience personally performing

SAP configuration
Experience supporting

integrations between SAP and external applications or platforms
Strong understanding of integration points between

SAP FI/CO and SD
Experience troubleshooting SAP interfaces and integration-related issues
Strong experience within an

SAP ECC

environment
Ability to work closely with technical and functional teams while independently owning SAP-side configuration and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting

Salesforce-to-SAP integrations
Experience with

SAP S/4HANA
Knowledge of

Order-to-Cash (O2C/OTC)

processes
Experience with integration technologies or methods such as

IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, REST/SOAP services, SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI/Integration Suite, or MuleSoft
Experience supporting large, complex enterprise SAP environments

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a

hands-on SAP professional who is stronger technically than functionally . This person should be comfortable personally configuring SAP, troubleshooting interfaces, investigating data and transaction issues, and supporting integrations between SAP and other enterprise systems.

Direct Salesforce development or configuration experience is

not required . Candidates with strong experience owning the SAP side of integrations with other CRM, e-commerce, financial, logistics, or enterprise applications are encouraged to apply.
