Role Description This is a remote freelance opportunity focused on supporting students and early-career professionals in making informed academic and career decisions.
Conduct online counselling sessions and understand individual goals, interests and strengths.
Guide candidates towards suitable courses, institutions and career paths.
Provide guidance on skill development, employability and career opportunities.
Handle student enquiries and regular follow-ups.
Maintain accurate counselling and follow-up records in the CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams and participate in virtual seminars, webinars or workshops when required.
Who Can Apply?

Candidates with a background in

Psychology, Education, Counselling or related fields




Experienced professionals with strong communication and people-handling skills from

any industry or department
Professionals returning to work after a

career break
Requirements

Prior skilled experience is compulsory.
