Sales Manager - Home Interiors

Role Summary
The Centre Manager is responsible for driving the sales performance of the Mumbai centre by coaching Design Consultants, owning the sales pipeline, and supporting the team in closing. The role requires strong leadership, customer handling, and negotiation skills to consistently achieve the centres revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the centre’s monthly revenue targets.
Mentor and support Design Consultants throughout the sales cycle.
Participate in customer meetings to improve conversion and close key opportunities.
Conduct regular sales reviews and monitor individual performance.
Build, maintain, and review the revenue pipeline.
Guide the team on design concepts and execution feasibility whenever required.
Resolve customer escalations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Track competitor activities and recommend improvements to sales strategies.
Coordinate with Design and Execution teams for smooth project handovers.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
4+ years of experience in interior sales or a related industry.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Manager, Closing Manager, or Team Lead with revenue responsibility.
Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent relationship-building and communication.
Valuable understanding of residential interiors and execution.
Team coaching and leadership ability.
Basic proficiency in Google Workspace.
Strong ownership, problem-solving, and customer-first mindset.
Working Schedule
Tuesday to Sunday (6 days a week)
Work from Office
Local travel within Mumbai for client meetings and site visits as required.
Compensation
Competitive salary and performance-based incentives upto 2 lakhs per month, aligned with the candidate's experience and capabilities.
Salary Expectation: 6,00,000 - 9,60,000 L.P.A
