We are hiring Customer Care Executives for voice and sales processes. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing product or service information, and assisting with sales-related activities.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand and resolve customer queries.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist customers with their requests and concerns.
- Maintain customer interaction records.
- Follow quality and process guidelines.
- Work towards assigned sales and performance targets.




- Maintain a positive customer experience.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply.
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Knowledge of any one regional language such as Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in a voice and sales process.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives may be applicable.
- Training will be provided as per process requirements.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
