Customer Support Executive – Semi-Voice Process

Salary & Shift

Full-Time: ₹12,500 – ₹17,000 per month

- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Part time: ₹6,500 per month

- 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada – any one language is mandatory.
- Basic English and Tamil preferred.
- No sales or marketing.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls.
- Register and resolve customer complaints.
- Coordinate with service engineers.
- Follow up on service requests.
- Maintain customer and service records.
