Glowing Digital is hiring a creative and results-oriented Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive to join our digital marketing team.

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Location: Park Street, Kolkata
- Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple platforms.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts.
- Create and manage engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Prepare and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitors.
- Track social media performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with content, graphic design, SEO, and performance marketing teams.
- Maintain consistent brand communication across all platforms.

Requirements





- 1–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
- Good communication and content-planning skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Digital marketing agency experience will be preferred.
