Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced .NET + Python + AI Developer with strong hands-on expertise in .NET, C#, Python, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable enterprise applications and integrating AI/LLM capabilities into existing applications and APIs. This role requires a strong software development background combined with practical experience in modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET, C#, and Python.
- Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-powered solutions.
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Develop AI-powered features including intelligent search, document processing, knowledge retrieval, and contextual responses.
- Integrate LLMs and AI services with existing .NET applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Develop scalable and production-ready AI applications.
- Work with APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud-based AI services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and maintain production applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Follow software development, security, coding, and deployment best practices.

Must-Have Skills

- 6+ years of software development experience.




- Strong hands-on experience with .NET / C#.
- Strong programming experience with Python.
- Practical experience with Generative AI / GenAI.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with LLMs.
- Hands-on experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work on enterprise-scale applications and AI integrations.

Good to Have

- Experience with REST APIs and Microservices.
- Experience with Azure AI / Azure OpenAI or similar cloud AI services.
- Experience with OpenAI or other LLM platforms.
- Knowledge of Vector Databases and semantic search.
- Experience with LangChain or similar AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI application architecture and prompt engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

Project-Specific Exposure

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:

- Barcode Project: .NET + AI/Python + RAG
- ISHA Project: Python + RAG + LLM
- Medication Project: AI + RAG + LLM + Python + .NET

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a solid software engineer who combines traditional enterprise development expertise with modern AI/GenAI development skills.

Candidates should be comfortable working across .NET, Python, LLMs, RAG, APIs, and AI integrations, with the ability to build and support production-ready solutions.

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
