JOB POST – PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Position: Production Supervisor
Experience: 5–10 Years
Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities.
- Allocate workers according to production requirements.
- Monitor CNC, fabrication, welding, grinding and assembly operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved.
- Check dimensions and workmanship during production.
- Coordinate with QC and Design departments.
- Maintain daily production reports.
- Reduce material wastage.
- Ensure proper machine usage and housekeeping.
- Maintain discipline and safety standards.
- Train workers and improve productivity.

Required Skills

- Experience in steel fabrication/sheet-metal manufacturing.
- Knowledge of welding and fabrication.
- Ability to manage a production team.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
