Hiring – Personal Director to the Chairman | Spiritual Content & Publishing

We are looking for an experienced and mature Personal Director to work closely with the

Chairman and manage his communication, content development and publishing initiatives.

Experience: 10+ Years

CTC: ₹24–36 LPA – No bar for deserving candidates

Qualification: MA/BA in English, Philosophy, Advaita, Advaita, spirituality, liberation, Moksha, Nirvana—these are some of the keywords. Self-realization, God realization, spiritual awakening or related field

Work Schedule: 6 Days | 12 Hours

Location: Bangalore

Key Requirements:

- Robust experience in Spiritual Growth, Spirituality, Philosophy, Mindfulness, editation, Self-Development or related content
- Excellent experience in Content Writing, Editing, Proofreading & Publishing
- Strong end-to-end publishing experience, especially books, manuscripts, articles and long- form content
- Ability to convert the Chairman's thoughts, teachings and ideas into meaningful and well- structured content
- Experience managing books, speeches, podcasts, articles, blogs and thought-leadership content
- Strong research and editorial skills with excellent command of English




- Ability to maintain the author's voice, philosophy and authenticity

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates who have previously worked with spiritual leaders, authors, gurus, publishers, wellness organizations, coaches or thought leaders will be highly preferred.

Candidates with a proven portfolio of, spiritual/philosophical articles, manuscripts, podcasts or similar content will have an added advantage.

- * Activities & Mediums: Author, Book Publishing, Podcast Host, Guided Meditation, Zoom Workshops Guest Speaker, Spiritual Singer, Devotional Music.
- * Role Titles: Spiritual Teacher, Mindfulness Coach, Meditation Facilitator, Spiritual Author, Content Creator, Consciousness Guide.

Pay: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
