Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to villages/Tehsils to build relationships with farmers.
- Organize product demonstrations, field trials, and promotional events.
- Generate leads, drive direct sales, and meet monthly targets.
- Coordinate with local dealers and report field insights to management.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Sc. Agriculture preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years in agri-sales preferred (Freshers welcome).
- Age: 25–35 years (as of 01.10.2026).
- Essentials: Robust communication, willingness to travel extensively, and target-driven.
- Must have Own bike
