Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in C# Programming Language.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language).
- Robust knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting techniques within complex software environments.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and incident management processes.
- Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify root causes of issues.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in C# Programming Language.
