- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a quick, skilled manner.
- Relationship Building: Proactively reach out to clients to check satisfaction, share updates, and introduce new services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date logs of customer interactions and feedback in the company database.
