Bios Media Services is looking for a self-driven Lead Generation Agent to help us identify and connect with potential clients in the real estate and hospitality sectors across India.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, communication, sales outreach, and working independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients such as real estate developers, hotels, resorts, and hospitality businesses.
- Find prospects through Google, Instagram, RERA portals, property listing websites, and other online platforms.
- Identify businesses with weak, inconsistent, or limited digital marketing presence.
- Contact potential clients through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand the prospect's business and identify relevant marketing requirements.
- Introduce Bios Media Services and pitch suitable services or packages.
- Share relevant work samples and case studies to build credibility.
- Maintain regular and professional follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Qualify leads and schedule calls/meetings with the management team for further discussion and closing.
- Maintain a daily/weekly report covering calls, prospects, follow-ups, responses, and lead status.

What We're Looking For

- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong research and internet-searching ability.
- Comfortable using Google, Instagram, WhatsApp and online property/RERA portals.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.




- Comfortable making calls and speaking with business owners/decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.

Compensation

Starting: ₹5,000/month + performance-based commission

The first month will be a probation period, with incentive-based compensation. Detailed incentive and commission structure will be explained during the interview.
