Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator / Computer Operator to handle day-to-day data entry, documentation, record maintenance, and computer-related administrative activities. The candidate should have good typing speed, accuracy, and strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update data accurately in Excel, ERP/software and company systems.
- Maintain and update employee, project, site and administrative records.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as required.




- Maintain attendance, manpower and other site-related data.
- Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, registers, trackers and reports.
- Prepare letters, notices, reports and other documents using MS Word.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
- Ensure timely submission of required reports and data.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Knowledge of Excel formulas, sorting, filtering and Pivot Tables will be an advantage.

Qualification

- 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Computer Applications / Data Entry will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of email and internet applications.

Experience:

1–3 years of relevant experience as a Data Entry Operator, Computer Operator
