This is a full-time, permanent on-camera position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ, presenting the video output of an intelligence practice to audiences that matter. Clients here are political campaigns, public figures and institutions whose message cannot afford to look amateur — and video is now the primary battlefield of perception. You will front campaign broadcasts, client films, platform explainers and crisis communications: researching the subject, writing or shaping the script, and delivering it to camera with authority. Hindi and English both matter here — the audiences our clients address split across languages, and the anchor who can carry both carries more work. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES





As an Anchor you will present the firm’s and its clients’ video output — researching topics, shaping scripts with the writing cell, recording to professional standard, and carrying the format’s credibility on your delivery. You are the last line of editorial defense before record: if a claim will not survive scrutiny, it does not survive you.

The role spans planned and reactive work. Planned: campaign films, platform explainers, profile pieces. Reactive: same-day statements and crisis formats where the register must be exactly right. You will work with production on lighting, audio and prompter discipline, and with strategists on the narrative each piece serves.

Off camera, you will contribute editorial judgment — what the audience will hear beneath the words — and mentor junior presenters in delivery craft. Confidentiality of pre-release material is absolute.
