Position - NOC Support

- Maintaining usage reports, logs as per the business/statutory requirement

- Co-ordinating with providers for Bandwdith Feasibility
- Co-ordinating wth providers/Venders for Invoice processing & reconciliation
- Should have good communications skills

- Should be good in documentation specially in MS-Excel/Word

Co-ordinating with SCM for PR processing

Required Skills :

- Degree/Diploma in any stream
- Strong work ethic, detail oriented as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making
- Experience with MS-Office
- Experience working effectively in a team environment, communicating effectively, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to the improvement of the infrastructure
- Strong interpersonal and organization skills, successful in working both independently and in a team workplace.
