HR Executive – Vijay Enterprises

Location: Pithampur, Indore

Experience: 1+ year in HR

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for recent employees across departments.
- Source, screen and interview candidates and coordinate their joining.
- Manage the existing workforce, including attendance, leave, employee records and day-to-day HR issues.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive and disciplined work environment.
- Assist with payroll inputs and HR documentation.
- Maintain proper employee records and support HR policies and processes.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and people-management abilities.
- Should be proactive, organised and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes.

Salary: As per experience and suitability.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹11,923.23 - ₹25,000.00 per month
