Job description:

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage BOQs, cost plans, and profit forecasts
- Administer subcontracts, valuations, and final accounts
- Issue interim and final applications, including remeasures, site changes, and dayworks
- Attend commercial meetings with clients and internal project teams
- Ensure timely payment certifications and manage retentions as per contract
- Manage subcontractor accounts and negotiate change orders
- Identify and escalate commercial risks appropriately
- Collaborate with Planning Engineers to align progress reporting
- Maintain accurate and detailed commercial records

What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years of Quantity Surveying experience on electrical projects
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Robust knowledge of contract conditions and commercial management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Experience on mid and large-scale projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹51,957.30 per month
