Job Description – Clinical Psychologist

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct individual psychological counselling and therapy sessions for students.
- Assess students’ psychological, emotional, behavioural, and academic concerns.
- Conduct appropriate psychological assessments and maintain assessment records.
- Develop individualized intervention and support plans based on student needs.
- Provide counselling for stress, anxiety, adjustment issues, relationship concerns, academic pressure, and other student-related challenges.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, skilled boundaries, and ethical standards.
- Identify students who may require specialized or higher-level psychological/psychiatric support and facilitate appropriate referrals.
- Conduct awareness programs, workshops, and group sessions on mental health, stress management, emotional resilience, and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with faculty, mentors, student support teams, and university administration when appropriate and within confidentiality requirements.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹81,631.49 per month
