Key Responsibilities

- Own projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Track project progress against timelines, budgets, scope, and quality expectations.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, issues, and constraints and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and communicate project status to management and stakeholders.
- Manage changes in project scope, priorities, requirements, and timelines through proper change-control processes.
- Ensure effective allocation and utilization of project resources.
- Work closely with technical, business, operations, QA, and other teams to resolve project-related challenges.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure they meet agreed requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation, including requirements, plans, meeting minutes, risk registers, and closure reports.
- Escalate critical risks and issues to senior management with recommended actions.




- Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project closure activities and document lessons learned for future projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of total professional experience, preferably with relevant experience in project management or project delivery.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and project life cycles.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder and client management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Experience in risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
- Strong leadership and team-coordination skills.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project management practices.
- Civil background/Electrical engineering background is preferable

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
