- Addressing patient inquiries regarding hospital services, doctor availability, OPD timings, and basic billing queries.
- Maintaining and updating patient records in the hospital/clinic management system.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, including appointment management and counseling.
- Following up on inquiries and appointments, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Coordinating with Patient Care Managers and hospital teams for seamless patient support.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
