Job Description – Waiter / Steward

Position: Waiter / Steward
Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹18,000/- per month
Experienced Candidates: Salary can be extended up to ₹23,000/-, based on experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth food and beverage service.
- Handle guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant/service area.
- Follow company standards and food safety & hygiene procedures.
- Assist the team in maintaining a positive and pleasant dining experience for guests.

Requirements





- Previous experience in hotel, restaurant, catering, or hospitality service is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
