- Possess in-depth knowledge of electrode manufacturing processes, raw materials, coatings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Understand different types of electrodes (e.g., welding electrodes, carbon electrodes, graphite electrodes – as applicable).
- Provide technical guidance and product recommendations based on customer applications.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and R&D; teams for customized or special electrode requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Handle technical discussions, product trials, and customer complaints in coordination with technical teams.
- Support customers with application training and post-sales technical assistance.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
