Role Description The Revenue Executive – Hospitality is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur. This role is responsible for managing room rates, inventory, and distribution across online and offline channels to maximize revenue and occupancy. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring demand and competition, updating pricing strategies, coordinating with sales and front office teams, and preparing regular performance reports. The Revenue Executive will analyze booking patterns, identify new revenue opportunities, and ensure alignment of promotions and packages with the brand’s positioning. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with OTAs and travel partners,



and supporting management in forecasting and budgeting activities.

Qualifications

- Revenue management and pricing skills, including demand forecasting, rate optimization, and inventory control.
- Analytical and reporting skills, such as data analysis, use of Excel or BI tools, and performance tracking.
- Channel management and distribution skills, including experience with OTAs, CRS/PMS, and online booking platforms.
- Sales and marketing skills related to hospitality, including promotion planning, package design, and collaboration with marketing teams.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with operations, front office, and management.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to identifying revenue opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, or front office roles is highly preferred.
- Comfort working with technology and hotel software systems; familiarity with hospitality trends and local market dynamics in Udaipur is a plus.
