Job Title: HR Director

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.

- Oversee performance management and employee development programs.

- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.

- Design and manage compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs.

- Provide guidance to senior management on HR matters.

- Manage conflict resolution, employee relations, and grievance handling.

- Develop training and development frameworks to enhance skills.

- Oversee HR budget planning and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Solid knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
