What We're Looking For:

Leads the architecture, design, and development of software solutions for the organization’s most complex and high impact projects. Drives long-term technical strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and competitive industry trends. Operates under consultative direction, setting and pursuing courses of action essential to achieve long-range business goals. Serves as a technical expert and mentor, influencing the organization’s technical direction and fostering innovation.

- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Deep understanding of modern machine learning workflows, deep learning frameworks, hyper parameter optimization, and developer tools.
- Familiarity with parallel computing architectures, distributed training infrastructures, and low-level acceleration concepts (e.g., CUDA, or OpenCL).Lead customer-facing technical discovery and feasibility assessments to evaluate customer requirements, validate hardware constraints, and de-risk pilots before deployment.
- Build and deliver lightweight POCs leveraging existing edge frameworks to validate technical assumptions regarding model sizing, latency trade-offs, and hardware sizing.




- Architect end-to-end edge AI solutions spanning edge hardware (NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin/Orin Nano), LLM serving frameworks (Ollama, vLLM, TensorRT-LLM), and computer vision pipelines (object detection, OCR, multi-modal AI).
- Design and develop high-performance, robust, and scalable software tools, SDKs, and APIs that streamline the training, deployment, and optimization of deep learning models.
- Define robust system architectures across streaming vs. batch dataflows, concurrent capacity planning, networking/security fundamentals, and mobile integrations.

- Bachelors Degree or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree or 7+ years of experience with an Advanced Degree
- Equivalency: Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

- Serve as the technical bridge aligning Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure accurate scoping and prevent costly engineering rework.
