About the Engagement

Quadric IT is looking for a Senior SAP DRC & Integration Consultant with solid hands-on experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), EU e-Invoicing, Peppol integration, SAP BTP, and DRC interfaces.

This is primarily an SAP DRC and Integration role. Candidates should have practical experience designing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancing DRC solutions in an international/EU environment.

Experience with SAP FICO/SAP Finance is useful as a supporting functional skill, but strong DRC and integration expertise is the primary requirement.

Core Requirements Must Have 1. SAP DRC Configuration EU

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC).
- Experience configuring DRC for European Union countries.
- Strong experience with EU e-Invoicing requirements, particularly inbound invoices.
- Experience configuring and supporting electronic document processes.
- Understanding of country-specific e-invoicing requirements and document formats.
- Experience working with SAP DRC in S/4HANA environments.

2. Peppol Integration & Troubleshooting

- Hands-on experience with Peppol network integration.
- Experience with Peppol BIS Billing and electronic invoice flows.
- Understanding of the Peppol ecosystem, including Access Points/service providers.
- Experience troubleshooting:
- Invoice transmission failures
- Validation errors
- Routing issues
- Message processing failures
- Response/error handling

- Ability to troubleshoot issues across the complete flow from SAP DRC Integration Layer Peppol recipient.

3. DRC Interface Design & Troubleshooting

- Experience designing DRC interfaces and integration flows.
- Experience configuring and testing interfaces between SAP DRC and external systems.




- Strong troubleshooting skills across functional and technical integration issues.
- Ability to analyze:
- XML
- JSON
- API responses
- Interface logs
- Error messages
- Payload mappings

- Experience supporting SIT, UAT and production environments.

4. SAP BTP Integration

- Hands-on experience working with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Experience integrating SAP DRC with SAP BTP services.
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI) is highly preferred.
- Understanding of APIs, integration flows and cloud-based integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot DRC BTP external system integration issues.

5. SAP DRC Enhancements

- Experience implementing SAP DRC enhancements.
- Ability to identify gaps in standard DRC functionality.
- Experience with:
- Custom mappings
- Extensions
- Validations
- Enhancement requirements
- Custom integration scenarios

- Ability to work with ABAP/development teams when custom development is required.

Supporting SAP Finance Knowledge

SAP FICO experience is not the primary skill, but candidates should have a good understanding of SAP Finance processes relevant to e-invoicing.

- Configure and support SAP DRC solutions for EU countries.
- Design and support inbound e-invoice processes.
- Configure and troubleshoot Peppol integrations.
- Design, test and troubleshoot DRC interfaces.
- Work on SAP DRC and BTP integration.
- Analyze interface payloads, logs and system errors.
- Implement DRC enhancements and extensions.
- Work with SAP integration, functional and technical teams.
- Support SIT, UAT and production environments.
- Participate in solution design and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot complex end-to-end e-invoicing issues.
- Coordinate with clients and external integration/service providers.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who can independently troubleshoot an SAP DRC integration issue end-to-end, rather than someone whose experience is primarily SAP FICO configuration.

- 7+ years of overall SAP experience
- Strong hands-on SAP DRC experience
- EU DRC implementation/configuration experience

- DRC interface design, testing and troubleshooting
- SAP BTP integration experience
- DRC enhancement experience
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with client/project teams

Contract & Billing

- Engagement: Contract / Project-Based
- Billing: Hourly / Daily / Monthly billing based on agreed commercial terms
- Location: India
- Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid
- Duration: Project-dependent, with potential extension
- Availability: As per agreed client/project working hours
