Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads from digital campaigns, portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and property needs.
- Explain project details, specifications, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication through calls/WhatsApp/email.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for lead conversion.
- Maintain CRM updates, lead status, follow-up records, and daily MIS.
- Achieve targets for lead qualification, site visits, and conversions.
