Key Responsibilities Model Development & Maintenance

- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models (LOD 300 to LOD 400) in Autodesk Revit for interior architectural elements, custom joinery, loose/fixed furniture, and ceiling layouts.
- Ensure models strictly adhere to project standards, layer naming conventions, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Extract accurate GFC (Valuable for Construction) drawings, schedules, material quantities, and interior shop drawings directly from Revit models.

Coordination & Clash Detection

- Perform multi-disciplinary clash detection using Navisworks to resolve spatial conflicts between interior components and MEP services (HVAC ducts, fire sprinklers, lighting, plumbing).
- Participate in design coordination meetings with project managers, consultants, and contractors to address model discrepancies before site execution.

Standards & Quality Control

- Maintain parametric family libraries tailored for interior finishes, millwork, fixtures, and furniture elements.




- Incorporate design revisions and redline updates efficiently throughout all project phases.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3 5 years of hands-on BIM modeling experience, specifically within an interior design, architectural consultancy, or interior fit-out firm.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit (Architecture & Interiors) and Navisworks Manage/Simulate. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Dynamo, or Enscape is a strong plus.
- Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior construction details, joinery, false ceiling systems, material finishes, and MEP service integration.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications (Preferred): Autodesk Certified Professional (Revit) or accredited BIM certifications.
