About the Engagement

We are looking for experienced Project Managers to support a large-scale enterprise technology/ERP program involving multiple business, application, infrastructure, integration, and third-party vendor teams.

The Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, milestone and deliverable tracking, dependency management, cross-team coordination, testing readiness, stakeholder communication, and consolidated program reporting.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Delivery

- Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, and key activities.
- Maintain project schedules and monitor progress against agreed timelines.
- Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and potential delivery delays.
- Drive follow-ups to ensure project activities remain on track.
- Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams.

Dependency & Cross-Team Management

- Manage cross-team and cross-workstream dependencies.
- Coordinate infrastructure, application, integration, and business dependencies.
- Identify dependency-related risks and drive timely resolution.
- Ensure transparent handoffs between teams.
- Coordinate activities across distributed/global teams.

Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate activities between internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Track vendor deliverables and commitments.
- Ensure dependencies and action items are followed through.
- Escalate delivery risks and blockers where required.




- Maintain clear communication between business, technical, and vendor stakeholders.

Testing Management

Support planning and readiness across:

- Functional Unit Testing (FUT)
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Responsibilities include:

- Track testing preparation and readiness.
- Coordinate test dependencies across teams.
- Monitor test execution progress.
- Track defects, blockers, and outstanding actions.
- Coordinate resolution and retesting activities.
- Provide consolidated testing status to program leadership.

Status Reporting

- Prepare consolidated project/program status reports.
- Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
- Provide regular updates to program leadership.
- Highlight critical blockers and areas requiring management attention.
- Maintain accurate project dashboards and reporting.

Meetings & Governance

- Facilitate project and workstream meetings.
- Prepare agendas and ensure relevant stakeholders are included.
- Capture decisions, action items, owners, and due dates.
- Drive follow-up actions to completion.
- Facilitate discussions and support timely decision-making.
- Escalate unresolved issues through appropriate governance channels.

Candidate Profile Required





- Strong Project Management experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong vendor and third-party coordination experience.
- Excellent dependency, milestone, and timeline management.
- Experience managing testing activities across FUT, SIT, and UAT.
- Strong status reporting and project governance experience.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently across distributed teams.
- Ability to support U.S. business hours from India.

Preferred Domain Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:

- Supply Chain
- Logistics
- Manufacturing
- Distribution
- Warehouse / Operations
- Life Sciences / Healthcare

SAP / ERP Experience

- Previous SAP / ERP program or implementation experience is preferred.
- Understanding of project dependencies across business processes, applications, integrations, infrastructure, data, and testing.

Note: This is primarily a Project Management role, not an SAP functional consultant role.

Contract & Billing

- Engagement: Contract / Project-Based
- Billing: Hourly / Daily / Monthly based on agreed commercial terms
- Location: India
- Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid
- Duration: Project-dependent, with potential extension
- Working Hours: Ability to support U.S. business hours

Priority will be given to candidates with strong enterprise Project Management experience, SAP/ERP program exposure, relevant Supply Chain/Logistics/Manufacturing/Distribution experience, and proven vendor/stakeholder management capabilities.
