Job Description:

- Support in the operation, maintenance, and stabilization of the global NX landscape

- Collaboration with international engineering, IT, and PLM teams (especially Germany and Europe)

- User and role management, including access rights, templates, standards, and CAD libraries

- Support in planning, coordination, and execution of global NX rollouts, migrations, and upgrades

- Handling of incidents, service requests, and user support tickets related to NX and CAD processes

- Support of operational engineering activities across multiple disciplines

- Documentation of CAD standards, guidelines, and operating procedures

- Support of training activities and onboarding of new NX users

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification

- 3 5 years of professional experience in Siemens NX CAD administration or advanced NX user support

- Solid understanding of CAD/PLM environments,



ideally with Teamcenter integration

- Experience in ticket processing and user support in an international setup

- Structured, independent working style with a solution- and process-oriented mindset

- Very good English skills (spoken and written)

- Advantageous: experience with NX customization, templates, CAD standards, global rollouts, or migrations
