Proficient in managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Robust communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

A solution-oriented approach to problem-solving with an eye for detail and efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Key accountability:

Continuously monitor the SumoLogic SIEM for security alerts across all assigned shift hours, ensuring zero missed alerts.

Triage security alerts from Cloud Service Provider (CSP) dashboards,



and vendor security notifications according to defined severity thresholds and runbooks.

Review and triage DAST/SAST findings.

Review and triage Jira security tickets and employee-reported security incidents, performing initial classification and prioritization.

Execute approved L1 runbook response actions for defined incident types, including user outreach and clarifying questions to complete initial triage.

Produce documented handoff packages for the internal security team for L2/L3 investigation and escalation.

Adhere to triage SLAs by severity.

Contribute to weekly triage quality reviews and provide feedback to improve runbook accuracy and escalation criteria.

Maintain full activity logging and audit trails in accordance with role-based access controls.

Participate in due diligence reviews of third party tools.
