Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Recruiters / Sourcers to join our US Staffing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a willingness to work in the US shift, and an interest in sourcing and recruiting candidates for US-based job opportunities.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruiting channels.

- Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial candidate conversations and assess skills, experience, availability, and interest.

- Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand job requirements.

- Maintain candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.

- Contact candidates through phone, email, and other professional communication channels.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates.

- Meet daily and weekly sourcing/recruitment targets.

- Learn and apply US staffing terminology, recruitment processes, and employment requirements.

- Maintain professional relationships with candidates and internal teams.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

- Good English communication is required.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.





- Strong willingness to learn US staffing/recruitment.

- Ability to work in a night shift aligned with US business hours.

- Good follow-up and time-management skills.

- Comfortable working in an onsite environment.

Experience
- 6 months to 2 years of recruitment/sourcing experience preferred.

- Experience in US IT Staffing / US Recruitment will be an advantage.

- Freshers are welcome if they have excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment.
