We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and student-focused Senior Secondary Mathematics Teacher to teach Mathematics at the senior secondary level. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, preparing students for board examinations and competitive examinations where applicable, and fostering analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons for Grades 11 and 12.
- Follow the prescribed curriculum, academic framework, and school teaching-learning practices.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, assignments, and other instructional resources.
- Explain complex mathematical concepts using explicit, practical, and student-friendly approaches.
- Prepare students thoroughly for board examinations and other academic assessments.
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress.
- Analyse student performance and provide appropriate academic support and intervention.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their academic progress.




- Identify learning gaps and implement differentiated teaching strategies for students with varying abilities.
- Encourage mathematical reasoning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and application-based learning.
- Support students participating in Olympiads, mathematics competitions, and other academic enrichment programmes.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, grades, lesson plans, and student progress.
- Use appropriate digital tools and educational technology to enhance classroom learning.
- Collaborate with the Mathematics Department and other faculty members on curriculum planning and academic initiatives.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate students' academic progress professionally.
- Contribute to school events, academic activities, clubs, projects, and other institutional responsibilities.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment.
- Stay updated with current teaching methodologies, curriculum developments, and best practices in Mathematics education.
- Perform other academic and institutional responsibilities assigned by the school management.
