Making an impact. What will you do?

- In this role you will be responsible for running the Special gas plant operation safely and Execution of production of XL Grade Products, Calibration and Process Mixtures with precision. Also meeting all KPI related to operation & safety
- You will be Monitoring of inventories imported gases and traded products with the help of Product Management & procurement team and Support to Import/Re export of cylinders and IBT Planning for other plants
- Further, you will be giving technical support to the sales team and customers and maintaining critical spares for special gas operations and you have to take Initiatives to improve Safety culture like Tool box talk/Safety person awards etc.
- You will be responsible for safety and security of the Assets, Facility and workforce including contractors and you ensure strict observance of Safety Principles, Life Saving Rules, MOC etc. and report any Near Miss/Incident/Accident and investigate them to identify and fix the gaps




- In this role you will be supporting to SHEQ activity like conducting Lead safe / HWP audits/Safety walk / Conducting Risk Assessments to improve the safety culture and safe behaviour and safety Equipment maintenance ( Fire Hydrant & Extinguishers)
- You will be Responsible for planning materials requirement for special gas plant spares and procuring with HO support and inspection of major items and carryout vendor Audit for supply of critical items such as DA, H2 etc.
- You will be responsible for conducting safety meetings /rolling out SHEQ initiatives/ preparation of SHEQ reports and other related documentation also interact with internal customers/stake holder to achieve the overall annual plan/targets of organisation. Viz: Sales, Distribution, Supply Chain, CSC, Procurement, Finance, HR, IS and CES
- You will have to maintain cordial relations with all staff /contractors and neighbours for smooth operation of factory and help the team members whenever they need help from cross functional assistance

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

- You must have a Diploma/Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical and Safety with experience in gases unit.
