What you will bring

- At least 7 plus years of hands-on experience in design and/or development of software products and project implementation using BPMN (Business Process Modelling and Notation) tools with strong track record of progressive experience and responsibility.
- Experience in leading a team of BPMN developers and guiding them during software development
- Experience with agile delivery approaches including Kanban, SCRUM, and Protected.
- Advanced knowledge of C#, .Net technology will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with Business Process Modelling concepts, Jav Scripts, XSL, XSD.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a variety of levels within the organization.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Hands-on experience with Jira.
- Positive team-oriented attitude.
- Familiar with design pattern and AI basic concepts.
- Knowledge of the financial services marketplace will be plus.
