Customer Support Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can effectively communicate with customers, understand their concerns, and provide timely and appropriate solutions. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, patient, and comfortable handling queries through different communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Client communication, requirement gathering, and requirement clarification.

- Coordinate between clients, developers, QA, and design teams.

- Manage Magento/e-commerce projects, Shopify inquiries, presales, aftersales and multiple business requirements.

- Define project scope, and handle change requests.

- Track development, QA, UAT, pending tasks, and project timelines.

- Coordinate defect resolution and customer feedback.

- Prepare functional requirements and communicate them clearly to the technical team.

- Handle project follow-ups, approvals, and delivery coordination.

- Manage multiple projects and ensure requirements, changes, and commitments are properly tracked.





- Basic understanding and coordination of Magento, APIs, third-party integrations, payment gateways, and deployment-related activities.

Requirements
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

- Good problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.

- Ability to understand and explain technical information in a simple manner.

- Basic knowledge of computers and web applications.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer queries.

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Preferred
- Experience in Customer Support / Technical Support / Client Communication will be an advantage.

- Familiarity with eCommerce, Magento, Shopify, or web-based products is a plus.
