Sales Executive - Vishwas Sales (E0) Affordable HL/LAP
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source business for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Acquire customers through branches, DSAs, builders, and direct sourcing channels.
- Achieve sales, cross-sell, and insurance targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure timely documentation, application login, and customer service.
- Drive cross-sell opportunities for CASA and other banking products.
- Adhere to all compliance and business process guidelines.
Eligibility
- Graduate with 1-5 years of experience in HL, LAP, Mortgage, BFSI, or Banking Sales.
- Positive communication and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of secured lending products preferred.
