Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain & Warehouse Management System Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Supply Chain and Warehouse Management module within Dynamics 365

Responsibilities

- Strong bilingual communication skills in Japanese (preferably JLPT/NAT N3 or above) to effectively interact with Japanese clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to clearly articulate requirements, issues, and solutions in both Japanese and English across cross-functional teams.
- Robust command over both languages to influence key stakeholders through business acumen, technical
- understanding, and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
- Prior experience in managing expectations and driving alignment between Japanese-speaking stakeholders and global teams.




- Ability to understand functional and technical requirements in Japanese and deliver as per client expectations through effective communication
- Experience working in Japan or with Japan-based clients or team is an added advantage.
- Lead or support the implementation of D365 SCM & WMS solutions for clients.
- Analyze and document supply chain and warehouse processes and translate them into D365 configurations.
- Configure and customize the SCM including WMS module to meet specific business requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business analysts.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant field
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions
- MSD certification and JLPT ( N1, N2 and N3)
