Role Overview

As a Process Manager, you will identify, design, and implement transformation initiatives across Digital Business Operations. You will partner with operations leaders to improve business performance through automation, process optimization, and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify automation, process improvement, and digital transformation opportunities.
- Develop solutions using Python, AI, and automation technologies.
- Lead projects from ideation through implementation and value realization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Present recommendations, project updates, and business impact to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python and process automation.
- Hands-on exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Ability to translate business challenges into scalable automation and AI solutions.
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC/DMADV).
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
