Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.

Develop and maintain automation suites using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT), ensuring robust and reusable test scripts.

Build automation frameworks and scripts using tools such as Selenium, Provar, Playwright, CRT, and TestNG, following Page Object Model (POM) and best practices.

Perform comprehensive testing including functional, regression, integration, and API testing across Salesforce modules.

Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, triggers, custom objects, Lightning components, and integrations with external systems via APIs (SOAP, REST).

Conduct API testing to validate external and internal API integrations, including API response validation, data correctness, and security checks.

Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test strategies.

]Manage and execute testing within CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Copado, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.

Track, report, and verify defects using Jira, ADO, or other test management tools, ensuring timely resolution.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, review test cases, and provide QA insights during sprint cycles.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, cases, scripts, and results. Ensure adherence to best practices in test automation, quality standards, and release processes.

Support release readiness activities, including post-deployment validation.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 3-8 years of QA/testing experience with a focus on Salesforce platforms.



Salesforce Expertise:

Proven experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud;

knowledge of Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), workflows, validation rules, triggers, and APIs.

Automation Skills: Hands-on experience with Selenium, Provar, Playwright, CRT, TestNG, and frameworks following POM best practices. Automation Suite Development: Experience developing and maintaining automation test suites using Copado Robotic Testing. Manual Testing: Solid manual testing skills with an in-depth understanding of Salesforce configurations and data validation. API Testing: Proficiency in API testing — including validating SOAP and REST APIs, checking response data, response times, error handling, and security aspects. CI/CD & DevOps: Experience integrating testing workflows with Copado, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools.

Programming & Scripting: Strong hands-on experience in coding and scripting with at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript or Python. Candidates must be comfortable developing automation scripts and have demonstrated coding proficiency.

Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional badges and certifications (Platform Developer I, Experience Cloud, etc.) are a plus. Test Management Tools: Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or equivalent. Other Skills: Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred: - Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds is optional but beneficial. - Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Consultant badges).
