Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager with 5–8 years of experience in the hospital and health care sector, specifically with a background in fertility services. The ideal candidate will manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and patient satisfaction. This role requires robust interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of fertility care dynamics. The Relationship Manager will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to support patient journeys effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and fertility specialists.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for fertility patients, addressing inquiries and providing guidance throughout their care process.
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and patient experience.
- Identify opportunities to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction within fertility services.
- Monitor patient feedback and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

- 5–8 years of experience in relationship management within hospital or health care settings.
- Proven background in fertility services or reproductive health care.
- Strong understanding of patient care processes and healthcare compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in health care management, life sciences, or a related field preferred.
