- Routine and Preventive Maintenance: Conduct systematic inspections, servicing, and maintenance of automated machinery, including cell stringers, laminators, EL testers, laser cutters, auto bussing systems, sun simulators, and conveyors, to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot issues in electrical, mechanical, electronics & pneumatic system using diagnostic tools and equipment. Implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Breakdown Maintenance: Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and malfunctions, executing repair strategies that restore production line functionality with minimal disruption.

Calibration and Alignment:



Perform regular calibration of sensors and actuators, align robotic systems, and maintain vision systems, ensuring precision in manufacturing processes.

Technical Documentation: Read, interpret, and utilize engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals to effectively execute maintenance tasks and ensure all modifications or repairs meet specifications.

Maintenance Record Keeping: Document maintenance activities meticulously, updating equipment logs, checklists, and maintaining detailed records of repairs, replacements, and preventive measures undertaken.
