Job Description: VMC Programmer
We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer to join our manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate VMC machines using CNC controls.
- Prepare and modify CNC programs as per component drawings and specifications.
- Set tools, offsets, and machine parameters for accurate production.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Ensure quality, dimensional accuracy, and timely production.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in VMC programming and machine operation.
- Knowledge of CNC/VMC controls such as Fanuc/Siemens.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Strong knowledge of cutting tools, tooling selection, and machining processes.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred.
Experience: 2–5 Years
