- Would be responsible for a set of branches.
- Empanelment of recent vendors and finalize a rate contract
- Repair & Maintenance of Non – IT assets to be undertaken on requirement.
- Ensure preventive maintenance are undertaken by the appointed Annual Maintenance Contractor.
- All new assets received are tagged and Physical Asset Verification are conducted.
All payment of the vendors & landlords is processed on time
