- Responsible for orchestrating, governing, and optimizing IT service delivery across multiple SIAM engagements.
- Ensure proper documentation of process are maintained according to framework and standards.
- Build robust relationships with business stakeholders within Daimler truck.
- Lead service improvement initiatives to deliver value.
- Complete responsibility for managing metrics, quality, cost and deliveries in line with owned products.
- Build a culture of continuous service improvements and encourage the team to adopt new technologies in the market.
- Act as the primary operational escalation point for cross‑vendor incidents, problems, and service risks
- Chair and drive operational governance forums (Ops Reviews, Service Reviews, SIAM working groups).
- Responsible for collaboration and communication during critical service situations.
- Own the end-to-end Software Asset Management lifecycle. Lead the license operations team on daily operations.

Qualifications

Profile

- 15+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Service Integration in multi-vendor model.
- 5+ years of experience in software license management.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in people and vendor management.
- High level Proficiency with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Ability to interpret service metrics and drive corrective actions
- Clear and effective communication to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate collaboration between teams.
- Inspiring and motivating teams, providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and driving performance towards organizational goals.
- Analyzing complex issues, identifying root causes, and developing innovative solutions to overcome challenges.
