Description

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM and ITOM.
- Implement Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB enhancements.
- Build complex workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and integrations.
- Configure Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and GenAI capabilities.
- Design reusable development frameworks and accelerators.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications and monitoring tools.

Required Experience

- 7+ years of ServiceNow development.
- Strong scripting experience (JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules).
- Experience with:
- ITSM
- ITOM Discovery
- Service Mapping
- CMDB
- Event Management
- IntegrationHub
- Flow Designer

- Experience with APIs and enterprise integrations.

Preferred Certifications

- ServiceNow CSA (Preferred)
- CIS-ITSM
- CIS-ITOM
