As a Workday Technical- Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to Workday Technology implementations, focusing on integration. You will design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions using Workday tools, analyze complex issues to provide innovative solutions, and mentor team members to maintain standards. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will develop and sustain meaningful client connections, navigate ambiguity with strategic thinking, and demonstrate proficiency in Workday Integration certification.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
