Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced TECHNOLOGY ENGINEER to join our IT Services division. This pivotal role is dedicated to designing, deploying, and maintaining robust cloud-native applications and distributed systems. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive expertise in modern infrastructure to drive system resiliency, optimize performance, and ensure secure operations across complex environments. This position is critical for advancing our technology stack and delivering scalable solutions that meet evolving business demands.

Responsibilities

- Architect and implement event-driven and streaming architectures using advanced frameworks.

- Develop and manage cloud-native applications across major platforms including AWS, Azure, and OCI.

- Oversee production troubleshooting and implement comprehensive monitoring strategies to ensure system stability.

- Design and maintain secure network fundamentals, applying system tuning techniques to enhance resiliency.

- Manage encryption protocols and security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality.

- Utilize data processing tools such as Apache Flink, Beam, Kafka Streams, and Spark for real-time analytics.

- Configure and maintain caching solutions using Redis and manage message queues with Kafka.

- Orchestrate containerized workloads on OpenShift and automate deployment pipelines via Jenkins and ArgoCD.





- Execute continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows to accelerate software delivery.

- Apply deep knowledge of distributed systems to solve complex technical challenges.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Minimum of 10+ years of skilled experience in technology engineering roles.

- Proficiency in cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

- Strong command of version control and GitOps practices using Git.

- Demonstrated expertise in building event-driven and streaming data architectures.

- Hands-on experience with cloud-native application development and deployment.

- Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues and monitor system health effectively.

- Solid understanding of network fundamentals and system tuning for improved performance.

- Knowledge of security best practices, including encryption standards.

- Familiarity with big data processing engines like Apache Flink, Beam, Kafka Streams, or Spark.

- Experience with Redis for caching and Kafka for messaging.

- Competence in container orchestration using OpenShift.

- Skilled in implementing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and ArgoCD.

- Deep understanding of distributed system principles.

- Compensation package is set at ₹17 LPA.
