Key Responsibilities / KRAs:

Academic Delivery

- Teach Historical Narratives and Introduction to the Luxury Industry.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, case studies, activities, and assessments.
- Ensure timely completion of the assigned curriculum.

Batch Mentorship

- Take responsibility as the Mentor for the assigned batch.
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, participation, and engagement.
- Conduct regular mentor–mentee interactions and address academic concerns.

Industry Visits & Experiential Learning

- Plan and coordinate industry visits aligned with the curriculum.
- Identify relevant luxury brands, retail spaces, hotels, heritage sites, exhibitions, and other industry touchpoints.
- Develop learning objectives and assignments for students as part of the visits.

Masterclasses & Industry Interactions

- Plan and coordinate masterclasses, guest lectures and industry interactions.
- Identify and engage relevant professionals from the luxury, fashion, retail, hospitality and lifestyle sectors.
- Integrate these sessions with the academic curriculum.

Curriculum & Student Activities

- Develop curriculum-linked projects, activities,



case studies and experiential learning opportunities.
- Incorporate contemporary luxury trends and industry practices into classroom teaching.
- Support student projects, presentations and research activities.

Academic Coordination & Documentation

- Maintain records related to attendance, assessments, mentoring, visits, and masterclasses.
- Prepare activity reports and maintain a semester-wise academic and industry exposure calendar.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth execution of activities.

Programme Development

- Contribute ideas for strengthening the Luxury Brand Management programme through industry exposure, academic activities and relevant collaborations.
- Support programme-related events, workshops, conclaves and other initiatives.

Preferred Profile:

Candidates with relevant academic or industry experience in Luxury Brand Management or related fields, along with solid communication, student engagement, and industry-connect capabilities, may be considered.
